At Therabody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
